SVN (Solution): Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to MKACTIVITY

This problem was solved after clearing the outdated cached authentication data and re-entering the current valid username and password.

    I tried the same but it is still giving same error. I can checkout but can not commit or update. The error is

  2. NOt sure what I did, but in tortoise I enabled the proxy option and changed from https to http using the relocate option, now it is working, I know it isn't a good answer for everyone, but it could be useful to someone.
